The flat is a 30 square metres two-roomed renovated studio overlooking the street on the second floor in an old building of the end of the 19th century. It is very cheap, confortable, bright and well furnished. The living room has a double sofa bed, a spacious wardrobe, a leaf table for 4-8 people, a desk, internet access with or without wifi and cable tv with local and international channels. The Kitchen has a large worktop, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 stoves, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and dish drainer.
Utility Room: ironing board and iron and hairdryer.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen, towels are included and changed one time a week. The property is cleaned just before your arrival.

The apartment is located in Nefelejcs Utca close to Keleti station. 5 minutes walk to Heroes Square and the biggest public park Varolisget with famous Szechenyi thermal bath and Vajdahunyad Castle. 10 minutes walk to fascinating Varosliget fasor and Andrassy avenues. Two minutes walk to metro 2 taking you to many important Pest and Buda signs. The very useful trolleybuses 74 and 79 are just at the corner. A Pizzeria-Restaurant (with take away service) is just a few meters from the flat. Down the street you can find Minimarkets open 24h. In walking distance you can also find Supermarkets, Fast foods and the Shopping Center Arena Plaza with 220 shops, supermarket Tesco, Cinemas and much more.
