HOW WILL I GET THE KEYS?
You'll receive the keys at the flat.

WHERE WILL WE MEET?
If you come by train: meeting at the platform with the flat owner which in most cases will take you to the flat free of charge.
If you come by car, airplane, bus the meeting is at the flat where the flat owner will wait you after you called him on his mobile phone.
In any case you'll receive a contact phone number in Budapest.

ARE LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED?
Yes, always free of charge.

IS THERE A PICK UP SERVICE? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The pickup service is available just for who comes by train.
If you come by airplane: get the Centrum Minibus outside the terminal. There's one every half-hour (:00 and :30 the hour), from 5:30 - 22:00. It takes you to Erzsebet ter (close to Deak Ter Metro). It takes half hour and you buy the ticket on the bus (about 800 florins).
You can also take the Airport Minibus for 1800 ft, which will you take you direct to the address. The Airport Bus is the cheapest: it costs 100 ft and leaves every 15 minutes (from 4:55 to 23:20). It takes you to Kobanya-Kispest Metro station. Calculate 45 minutes to get in the center. Buy the tickets in newsstands (Terminal A) or orange vending machines (Terminal B)
If you come by car you better use a paper map and once you are around you may even ask a taxi driver which for a small fee will take you directly to the flat.
Taxi costs about 5000 ft, don't pay more (better ask the driver first).
If you come bus: taxi, metro or tram are good options.

ARE THERE HIDDEN COSTS?
No, we don't provide any extra service so there is no way you are going to pay more money than the price of the accommodation indicated in the web site.

ARE THERE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE FLAT?
The flats are all for you and the flats owners don't live in the flat or next door (if yes, it is indicated)

IS THE AREA SAFE?
Flats are all in safe areas.

THE FLAT IS FOR 5 PEOPLE BUT THERE'S ONLY 3 OF US, IS THIS A PROBLEM?
No. Sometimes owners don't accept just 2 people or just 2 night but it depends on the situation. The price you pay is the price of the people staying in the flat.

WHAT ARE THE CHANCES TO REALLY GET THE FLAT?
Very high if you do it in advance, low if you do it a few days before in the high season.

CAN I CALL YOU?
No, you can call the flat owners.

DO CHILDREN PAY LESS?
No, they pay the same. But sometimes if you ask...

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
The flat owners don't accept credit cards.

That also means that any problem must be dealt directly with flat owners.

IN WHICH CURRENCY SHALL I PAY?
Prices are expressed in Euro. Other currencies are accepted but that must be agreed with the flat owner. Make sure that this point is clear before confirming the reservation.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE?
Owners tend to accept even 1 person, but it really depends on the period.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS?
2 nights minimum, that also depends on the period.

I DON'T KNOW MY ARRIVAL DATES, HOW SHALL I DO?
Owners only accept reservation with fix dates. You can always change later (if there is availability)..

WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
Check out is generally at 11 am, but the owner will tell you.

DO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
